Appreciate what you have! Even after a horrible day when you go to bed exhausted and drained, be glad you have a roof over your head and a bed to sleep in. Be grateful that you have someone to tuck in and kiss goodnight and someone to lay next to. Be grateful for your life and your health because not everyone is as lucky as you to be able to run around and see and feel things like you do. So take a deep breath, relax and think what you’re grateful for. But really, truly try to feel it. Be grateful from the bottom of your heart and attract more things to be grateful for tomorrow and the days to come.
